I pooped after an hour of taking contraceptives..am i safe or not?

The transit time from something that you ingest to the exit in your poop averages 3-4 days. Absorption of the pill would occur within 1-3 hours. I don't think there is any likelihood that you lost the benefit of your contraceptive.

Agree with Dr. F. Take the pill about the same time each day. Take the pill regularly. Get HPV vaccine. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
