A member asked:

Can genital warts on the testicles be so small as to be invisible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not the initial infection. If they are really there they will emerge over days/weeks to form visible wart-like clusters of disturbed skin. The strains of HPV that cause genital warts can hide in tissue after their infectious stage and never emerge again, but in a hibernating state they are not considered contagious.
