I have been feeling very ill headache, chest pains and aches all over my body i went to a gp and they said i am only covered for hospital what can i do?

These symptoms should be best evaluated by a doctor. It may be COVID 19, but there are other possibilities. It or seems like a viral condition. Chest pains can be concerning and maybe best evaluated at the hospital. Keep isolated
