Grapes are good source of vit C and K, folate, antioxidants, fibers, organic acids and pectin. Grapes boost the immune system and also help prevent infections. There has been concern as well: thick peel causes indigestion and constipation. Pesticides are not easily washed away. Grapes also generate heat in the body. After knowing good, bad and unhealthy, it’s best to limit grapes. Aloe drinks good
