Time to dump the chiropractor, see an MD or DO physician, and get MRI films to determine whether indeed there is a herniated disc. If a disc problem is present, there could be desiccation and shrinkage over 9-10 months, but if exacerbating, need to have this evaluated thoroughly, as now potential of harm.
