There has never been a known case of HIV transmission due to exposure of shaving nicks or other superficial cuts of the genitals. Any hypothetical risk is probably gone by 8 hours. This is not a legitimate reason for PEP. In the future, if you're occasionally at risk, consider PrEP not PEP, especially PrEP on demand. It requires only 2-3 days treatment, not the 4 weeks required for PEP.

I presume you wore a condom. This should have protected the cut from vaginal fluid. Keep area clean and use a local antiseptic and covered with ban-aid. should heal in 5-7 days. If red or swollen see MD
