Hi. i just started 20mg of prozac. i'm 25 weeks pregnant. will i get some side effects starting off, like dizziness,headache,etc, and might they be a bit worse because of being pregnant. just until they kick in?

Please discuss this with your Gynecologist and your Psychiatrist. If you are having a problem communicating with them please choose another Doctor for a second opinion. Medications alone are not sufficient since they do not teach you coping mechanisms. Psychotherapy with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in different types of psychotherapy can help.
