One needs to see a Urologist for the Physical Component Evaluation of why one is still "wetting the blankets" at age 27years. Then also see the Psychologist or Psychiatrist for the Emotional Component of why the problem still persists. One is now a Man and not a Child and so One has to Seek Out the Solution. All said, One is encouraged to have the Hope and Confidence that there is Solution.

You have nocturnal enuresis/bedwetting. Unfortunately this has oersisted since birth. Urinalysis will rule out urinary inction or presence of sugar or protein. Stop fluid itake after supper. Discuss possible use of desmopressin medication with your Dr., it is a synthetic, completely safe synthetic hormone-like medication which reduces nightly urine production. Bedwetting an annoyance not a disease
