Headaches in pregnancy can be due to multiple conditions. Sinusitis, hormone fluctuations, preeclampsia, HELLP syndrome. Talk to your OB Dr in detail about your history with headaches, your current symptoms being sure to note when they happen and how often as well as things that make them worse. Have a full check up including blood pressure measurement and urinalysis.

Some females when pregnant, suffer increasing headaches, especially if there is a history of migraine. Unless you are near term, would not explain blood pressure elevations to be playing a role. Many medications for headaches would not be safe during pregnancy. See your obstetrician and devise an approach which is appropriate.
