No: That is a alternate name for cefixime, an antibiotic, which would not cause localized irritation of penis or back ache. Should be seen by dr, as might be herpes outbreak on penis, and could be urinary infection with kidney involvement for back pain just as two quick possibilities. Need examined to determine source.
