I've had a swollen lymph node near my cheek, next to my ear for a while now and it still hurts to touch. ive been having swollen nodes on my neck as well?

In view of these multiple reactive lymph nodes I recommend an examination,including ear exam, by your physician and testing to include a complete blood count and white cell differential(cbc&diff) as well as a monotest (for infectious mononucleosis).
