If im allergic to dye what would be another way to check for spinal fluid leak besides myleogram? i have the brain sag. cant we just do a blood patch since i have chiari which is a sign of leaking plus my symptoms?

Csf leak treatment had CT myleogram fibrin glue/blood patch instant relief. Then high pressure headache and diamox (acetazolamide). Csf headache back and painful.
