Why clean it ????: This oil has a cult following & uses. Some use it to laxative, but I have never recommended it's use for anything in 4 decades of pediatric practice. If your kid has a problem you should describe it with background information so a reasoned answer to what if anything might be needed.

Can try other things: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber plus water, polyethylene glycol, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... In the US, castor oil is probably not used in kids anymore.
