Used expired simply saline nasal spray. it expired 7 months ago. obviously didnt realize. not used often. no one used except me and i have not been sick. only need allergies. any harm?

wouldn't think so: In general the USE BY dates are estimates required by the consumer product safety people or the FDA. The apply most often to drugs that can become weaker over time. With saline spray there is some risk of a change in the salinity/strength, but for such needs it is of little importance.
