Missed periods are not too uncommon. Given that your preg. test was negative, I would repeat it in a week if your period still hasn't come. Many things can cause a missed period other than pregnancy, and what we do about it depends on whether you are on birth control & your other health problems. For sure see a doc if you don't get your period w/in 3 months.
