A member asked:

Good evening my daughter is a year next week and i think she might have swallon a cotton ball. she has diarrhea and she is vomiting. is there anything i can give her?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not particularly: A cotton ball would pass without problems in a few days. Vomiting is best treated with sips of electrolyte solution/ice chips, etc. until she can tolerate some feeds. Applesauce. fresh bananas and rice cereal often help slow diarrhea.
