I had my period last week from the 15th of feb till the 19th, which is normal, then it started again on friday the 26 of feb till 28 of feb (ended the afternoon), now it started again about 1 hour ago, is there anything to be concerned about?

If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test , as intermittent bleeding may indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). See your gyn provider asap if the test is positive, as ectopic pregnancy needs immediate attention.
