As you wish: After being vaccinated with both doses you are pretty safe. It is my understanding that you can still catch covid but it should not send you to the hospital or become life threatening. Even if vaccinated you must still wear a mask. Double mask and you are golden.

COVID 19 vaccine: The vaccine is very effective in preventing serious illness, No vaccine prevents carrying a virus for a short period. Wearing masks helps prevent the spread of COVID 19 with the additional help of social distance, keeping your hands clean. People don't mention this but wearing protective glasses also helps. It is best to avoid going into the grocery store for now if it is available to you

Masking is good as it will protect others. Having had both does would protect you from any serious consequences, even if you are exposed to the virus. You do not need to limit yourself to curbside pick-up. Go onto the store, if you wish. Wish you good health!
