Bladder, R U sure?: The bladder is located in the pelvis, when full it can be felt just over the pubic bone in the center of the low abdomen. Young adults commonly become aware of parts and processes within the body that they never noticed before and then then worry. The most likely source of vibration in the low abdomen is intestinal peristalsis. In a 34 year old, if something doesn't hurt, it's most likely normal.
