M. pneumonia: Sometime in your life you have been infected with M pneumonia, which is a common bacteria that usually causes mild (rarely severe) pneumonia, bronchitis, or just a bad cold; and many infections cause no symptoms at all. If you are currently well without cough, unexplained fever, etc, then all is well.
