What is the cause of having an attacks of sever weakness and inability to move for some minutes and is releaved by lifting my both legs up and drinking salt and water is it postural hypertension from antihypertensive drugs or tia or others ? 1?

Many possibilities: A TIA affecting vertebra-basilar circulation is well-known to cause similar symptoms. Postural hypotension would not be the best explanation. An epileptic event could be considered. See a neurologist, if possible, and sort out the various considerations. But if you are having TIA's, this is indicative of a stroke risk, and time becomes of the essence.
