Many possibilities: A TIA affecting vertebra-basilar circulation is well-known to cause similar symptoms. Postural hypotension would not be the best explanation. An epileptic event could be considered. See a neurologist, if possible, and sort out the various considerations. But if you are having TIA's, this is indicative of a stroke risk, and time becomes of the essence.
