Unlikely to happen: Women generally stop growing taller at 15=17 or 3 yrs after first menses. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could identify open growth plates suggesting you could grow taller but if closed, no more linear growth can happen. No diet/exercise or meds can add height when the growth centers close.
