Sounds normal: One testicle hangs lower than the other in all men, and the difference often becomes more apparent with sexual maturity. At age 21, this is entirely normal and nothing to be worried about. If abdominal pain continues, check with a doctor -- but this has nothing to do with your lower testicle.
