STD vs Hormones: In sexually active females, pain in the Vagina can result from an STD Infection. Bloating can indicate that there is extension of the infection to the female internal organs such as the fallopian tubes (PID). If you are not sexually active, these symptoms can indicate presence of an ovarian cyst, hormonal fluctuations or endometriosis. Talk to your DR about testing and treatment.
