Mild esophageal tear: There is a comdition called a mallory-weiss tear that occurs from constant vomiting. Fortunately it is usually self-limited. The main thing is to minimize any further vomiting. Endoscopy is usually used to prove the diagnosis but is not recommended during pregnancy unless it is a life-threatening emergency.
