Recently, ive been having abdominal pain that appears sharp when i bend over the last 3 days, i can pass gas, i can burp, and i have passed stool after taking a laxative, but i do shiver. is this gas pain just caused by constipation?

Abdominal pain: It is true that intestinal gas pains can be quite sharp, but other possibilities include abdominal muscle spasms, hernia, or, if you've had prior abdominal surgery, intestinal adhesions. I recommend having an examination by your physician, or an abdominal surgeon or a gastroenterologist.
