Me and my spouse have food poisoning at the moment, and i wanted to ask if smoking weed (we both have our medical cards) would help with our nausea cause i've read a few articles saying it does but i'd rather ask a doctor?

Yes: Marijuana will help the nausea and vomiting. Many with food poisoning also have diarrhea. Marijuana will not help much with that
