I have been having between 2 to 6 episodes a year for 23 years where i have to get to a toilet from first onset of symptoms (nausea, sudden beading of sweat on forearms and rush to get to toilet similar too food poisoning) and 80% of time black out?

Do you actually vomit during these episodes or just feel nauseous? You may want to see a cardiologist to be certain this isn’t an arrhythmia leading to these symptoms or an autonomic reaction where you have a blood pressure drop. If the etiology could be diagnosed, possible treatment could be rendered. So, see a cardiologist. Good luck!
