Intolerance : I believe that you have seen a gastroenterologist who has done the work up and found it to be a functional problem. For three months, eat bland diet consisting of rice, potato, eggs, chicken, fish, squash, cooked carrots, bell pepper, eggplant, okra, pasta, noodles, non fermented bread, fruits, nuts. Avoid dairy, green leaves, beans, yeast& cheese. If symptoms improve, add one by one to find.
