Get re-evaluated: I do not like combinations of sedative/ tranquilizers/ sleeping pills with any narcotic agent due to risk of breathing issues while sleeping. Do not know your history, but do know that your state has significant concerns regarding opioids. This is far from simple, and you would best work closely with your doctor. Would totally avoid all sleeping pills, and focus on sleep hygiene approach.
