Combo : These medications all can cause sleepiness. You need to see a doctor, if someone is taking all three medications they probably need to see a specialist.

Guidelines: Maximum effective dose of gabapentin is total of 1800 mg daily. The mix of suboxone and Ambien can add to drowsiness and could create a danger of sleep apnea. You should contact a pain specialist and get this all straightened out ASAP.
