Bacterial vaginosis?: The main cause of fishy vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Many cases of BV are triggered by STDs; you need testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas. Hard to know what to make of more prominent symptoms with meth use -- probably just a coincidence. See a doctor or clinic ASAP, and no sex until you have been evaluated there. Good luck.
