Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. See derm/gyn: Occasionally some women can develop severe itching and burning, called vulvodynia. This is difficult to treat , but avoidance of tight fitting clothes and irritants may help along with colloidal oatmeal sitz baths{ Aveeno baths}. If no improvement, see your dermatologist or gyn for further eval and poss tx.
