I get a burning sensation when weeing, mild itchy vagina n white specks in my pants(like eggs not discharge) what could this be?

Yeast?: These are typical symptoms for a vaginal yeast infection. STDs also are possible if you're sexually active. You could try an over-the counter vaginal yeast medication; look for a product with active ingredient ending in "azole" (clotrimazole, miconazole, etc). But see a doctor if sexually active, and for sure if this doesn't clear up your symptoms within a few days. Good luck!
