Tacrolimus ?'s: Tacrolimus research in rodents indicates reduced fertility, but so far in humans, aside from some negative effects on testicular cells, there is no conclusive evidence that fertility is diminished. Consult a dermatologist prior to use , as there may be safer medications for dermatologic problems.
