Hydration: Use clear fluids, electrolyte solutions to prevent dehydration. Monitor and treat fever, watch for blood or mucus in stool. For persistent pain or focal pain, please see your provider. The most common cause of these symptoms would include an infection. Avoid dairy products, use a daily probiotic, bananas and rice to control symptoms. An over the counter medication may also be helpful.
