Possibly yes: Assume you took the cytotec to cause an abortion? It is usually used together with mifepristone for that. Any type of abortion, surgical or medical, can potentially be incomplete, which can result in persistent vaginal bleeding & can be dangerous. I strongly recommend a complete evaluation by GYN Dr who may recommend blood work & ultrasound to evaluate this.
