Probably not: Using a condom (even if touched by the sex worker) and taking a full course of PrEP and PEP reduces your risk markedly. But, cannot give 100% assurance that HIV was not transmitted, just that the likelihood is very low. Only way to tell for sure (especially if your going to be seeing a sex worker periodically) is to get a 4th generation HIV assay in 2 weeks and 3 months
