Maybe/not: Height growth stops when the growth plates of bones close. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could verify their status/potential for more growth. In males most close by ~17-18. Failure to grow more than an inch in the past year suggests you are at or near the end. Once the growth plates close there is nothing you can do to increase height.
