Does penis growth end at puberty? i see so many articles saying it grows until 18-21. is that true?

Penis size: Age alone isn't the issue. Google to find Tanner stages of puberty (numbered Tanner 1-5). As you will see, penis growth usually is complete by Tanner stage 4, which typically ends about age 16-18. If you're at Tanner 3 or lower, you can expect continued increase in penis size. If stage 4 or 5, there will be little if any change.
