Focus on emotions: You appear to want help but focus on your veins, which two doctors have addressed. Your root issue is of course the "bad habits" (DRUGS), which needs some sort of rehab program, to prevent returning to injections. Contact a local hospital, find physicians with experience in this area, even if you have done prior work, and update support system. ?virtual consult with HT as a start?
