I was given fluconazole 150 mlg. i was nauseated hours later and threw up. i'd say a little over 3 hours after taking the pill is when i threw up. will the medicine still be in my system and work? should i be concerned that throwing up effected it?

Not effective : I would call your prescribing doc and request a different treatment. The med will not have full effect and further doses may also,produce rejection by your body.
