Ive had blood tests done. total protein 78.6g/l (range 60-80) albumin 41.9 g/l (range 35-50) globulin 36.7 g/l (range 19-35) is this ok? what is the significance of the higher globulin?

CT findings : How does any test apply to me? To answer that it should be understood that test results are taken into account with the things the patients, says, the examination, lab tests, and all other diagnostic tests. This is a relatively small increase in globulins, it can come from several conditions, like an upper respiratory infection. See your doctor
