I was playing catcher at a baseball practice and got hit on the testicles by an 80-85 mph fastball. i was wearing a cup but it was a little small. i couldnt breathe and i was nauseous and i was vomiting. should i see a doctor?

Yes: No way to tell if serious (unlikely) or painful but trivial. You can get bleeding beneath the Tunica Albuginea, a fibrous sack that encapsulates the testes. This “sack” does not expand and if you get bleeding from the testes into this sack, you can get testicular necrosis (unlikely but possible) Check with your local doc (or Urgent Care Center)
