? U seen urologist: Penis does not grow after puberty & you havn't reported ercect length. Very common for men to think their penis is too small. In fact 50 -70% of men wish they had a latger penis. Ofen mistake normal sized penis which is partially buried in prominent pubic fat pad as an abnormally small penis. Do not know of an injury other than localized pituitary brain injury that coud affect penile growth.
