I have small red spots on my breasts that fade sometimes to pink, and get more inflamed after i get hot or something. but they are always there. sometimes just more faded than other times. should i be concerned? what could it be?

"Red spots" ?'s: "Red spots" on breast tissue may represent capillary nests which vary in intensity as skin/body temperature varies (distended blood vessels will appear darker then when skin/boady temperature increases). See your primary care physician for an exam to be certain.
