Depends: During is phentermine. You must have a normal heart to take this medication . Even someone without hypertension for me to prescribe Phentermine must have an ekg. It would be up to your doctor but there would be some doubt in my mind if it would be safe for you. Your doctor knows your history, risks and family history too.
