Male genitalia: Usually, by the end of puberty, the penis and testes have reached their adult sizes. There are some variations where boys can have a second height growth spurt even after 18 years old, but that doesn't usually affect genitalia sizes. The important thing is that size of the penis has little significance to being able to have a good sexual relationship.
