It can take a while: To recover. Please ask your provider re testing. It may be that you may be a "long-hauler" where people have lingering issues. Many viruses and bacteria can trigger autoimmune issues. This may or may not be true for you. Please be proactive in seeking medical help and know that a flu like this can really pull the rug out from under you. Eat veggies and good clean food - help your body repair

Possibly: But considering you were infected with COVID and it's only been a month since recovery, it might be premature. Covid infection affects everyone differently and lack of strength is not uncommon. It may take some time to fully recover, so continue to eat well and don't overdo it with your your workouts until you fully have your strength back.
