Small Testicles: A person with Klinefelters Syndrome usually have small or undescended testicles. Usually they are normal in body size and wide hips is not a sign of the syndrome.

Small for age: Smaller testes, however, may become apparent only after puberty. Most adults have bilateral or unilateral breast enlargement (gynecomastia) and sparse facial hair. Patients tend to be tall and slim.
